We will replace/refund the product cost if following conditions are satisfied: ☑ You tell us within 7 days after the package is delivered. In case of Storage Devices (USB, Memory Card, SSD, RAM, Portable Drives) warranty period is up to ONE year. ☑ You didn’t get what you expected. ☑ Both of the exchange items have same price or you will have to pay cash difference. ☑ You will bear the shipment charges if there is no issue with your order but you still want to exchange the item. ☑ If you don’t like any of the exchange items we can refund your order amount (except shipping charges) within 24-48 business hours. Conditions:
USB Flash Drives, Memory Cards and other storage devices are covered for the 1 year. You should keep safely the original packing of the product for warranty claims.

Once we received your claims/products back, after checking the issue by our quality checking team, we should contact you for your choice, either received the replaced / new product or refund 100% product value money to your bank account of any other form of payment which you can received.
All claims should be settled within a week after the receipt of the claims.
